CAPTAIN TONY ROSS
Captain Tony Ross was born and raised in Greenville, North Carolina, where his passion for fishing began at an early age alongside his father and grandfather. What started as family outings on the water has grown into a lifelong career spanning more than 40 years of professional boating and sportfishing.
In the 1990s, Captain Tony began competing in King Mackerel tournaments, quickly earning a reputation as a skilled and successful angler. Since then, he has spent decades fishing some of the most productive waters on the East Coast and in the Bahamas.
His experience stretches from the Crystal Coast of North Carolina—including Atlantic Beach, Beaufort, Morehead City, Emerald Isle, and Pine Knoll Shores—to Florida’s Treasure Coast, including Fort Pierce, Jensen Beach, Stuart, and Jupiter, as well as the beautiful waters of the Bahama Islands.
Throughout his career, Captain Tony has earned numerous tournament accomplishments, including:
- 1st Place Tuna
- 2nd Place Blue Marlin – 2010 Big Rock Blue Marlin Tournament
- 3rd Place – 2010 Ladies Big Rock Tournament
Today, Captain Tony brings that same passion, knowledge, and competitive drive to every charter. Whether you’re chasing your first mahi, hoping to release a sailfish, or searching for the fish of a lifetime, his goal is to provide a safe, exciting, and memorable experience that keeps guests coming back year after year.

MATE LUKE
Born and raised in Stuart, Florida, Luke has spent over 20 years fishing the local waters and has developed a true passion for offshore fishing. At just 25 years old, he’s already built a lifetime of experience on the water and knows the reefs, ledges, and Gulf Stream off the Treasure Coast exceptionally well.
As the mate aboard DnT Charters, Luke is committed to making every trip safe, enjoyable, and successful. From rigging fresh baits and setting kite lines to coaching anglers through the fight, he works hard to give every guest the best opportunity to catch fish and create lasting memories.
Luke’s favorite fish to target is the Atlantic sailfish, and he loves seeing the excitement on guests’ faces when one lights up behind the boat or launches into an unforgettable aerial display. Whether you’re an experienced angler or fishing offshore for the first time, Luke is always ready to share his knowledge, lend a hand, and make sure everyone has an incredible day on the water.
